The West Bengal markets NECC stopped publishing

West Bengal once had more. NECC quoted Asansol, Bardhaman and Medinipur from Jan 2019 until Aug 2020, and then dropped them from the sheet. We were recording those rates as they were published, so we still hold every row — and because almost nobody else kept a daily archive back then, this is close to the only place the series survives.
